can the stamps on the miniature sheets eg the recent 100 years of cinema, be used as postage stamps, either individually or as a complete sheet, in India? Not that I intend to do that, being a collector myself, but curious to know. Thanks
Get enrolled in any GPO with Philately Bureau and pre-deposit some amount and get periodical stamps/miniature sheets/sheet-lets/first day cover etc.(as and when released- with some time gap. Thanks
